The partners in the Circular Transition in Offshore Wind (CTO) project want to prepare the industry for the end of life of offshore wind farms. Within that context, the aim is to analyze the impact of offshore wind turbines over their entire life cycle, to identify technical and societal challenges, and to incorporate the insights gained into the design of new wind farms.
