Launch of RES2Go tool

7 October | Ghent

Assess and address future energy needs in industrial processes and clusters

Abstract Futuristic Background

The Energy & Cluster Management (ECM) research group headed by prof. Greet Van Eetvelde, part of the Energy Systems lab at Ghent University, invites you to a hybrid seminar on October 7th for the official launch of RES2Go, an innovative open-source webtool developed in collaboration with DG ENER and the industrial advisory board of the ECM project PIECE.

RES2Go is designed to support industrial emission reduction by clustering energy demand and providing low-carbon energy solutions. It evaluates energy needs and suggests synergies across industrial processes and clusters in Europe by identifying efficient transition pathways towards climate neutrality.

The launch takes place in the morning of October 7th at iGent, on the UGent science park in Zwijnaarde, in the presence of industrial players and policymakers. The morning session is also open to join online.

Please register via the link at the bottom of this page and clearly indicate if you - or a colleague - will join in person or online.
